New Faces New Voices (NFNV) is the first women’s network to be established by the Graça Machel Trust as part of its Multiplying Faces, Amplifying Voices initiative. NFNV focuses on expanding the role and participation of women in the financial sector.

New Faces New Voices – Kenya chapter has partnered with the Nairobi Stock Exchange to launch the NSE Leadership & Diversity Dialogue to address the shortage of women in leadership positions in the financial sector and other areas.

A recent survey of 57 of the 61 companies listed on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE) found that of a total of 467 women directors, only 43 are women out of which only 4 occupy the position of chairperson.                  Read more……


NSE To Evaluate and Recognize Listed Companies with Highest Standards of Diversity and Inclusion

 Nairobi – July 26, 2018- The Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) in partnership with New Faces New Voices (NFNV) Kenya has launched the 2018 NSE Leadership and Diversity Dialogue Series. The series is an initiative aimed at promoting diversity on Boards of listed companies for business growth and sustainability in the long term.
